RETURNS
To return products to Cookie Empire, please affix postage to your package and contact us by phone or email to confirm your making a return (due to COVID-19 delays post takes longer). Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for exchange (ie. The same style is being changed for a different size or colour), you will not be charged for delivery of the replacement article. All other return/reorders will be charged postage based on our standard delivery rates. To ensure the best possible fulllfillment on your reorder, we recommend that you call us or contact us to reserve the styles you require.
We want you to be happy at Cookie Empire, and we understand sometimes you might not like what your mate bought you and may want to return it and exchange it so follow these notes.
- Our guarantee allows you to return items in original condition with full refunds up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
- After 30 days, we can do a refund as online store credit.
- Swaps are always free (net the difference in product costs).
- Returns are credited in the manner in which they were originally paid.
