Group or Family Reiki Treatments
Group or Family Reiki Treatments - Reiki is calming, soothing and relaxing, can be hands-on or hands-off enabling a natural release that takes place reducing anxieties or tensions.
Children Reiki Treatments are gentle and non-invasive and they respond really quickly and well to Reiki. Approx 5-15mins is all they need as they are really receptive to the alternative healing, they enjoy the sessions too.
Group or Family treatments are 2 hours, up to 5 people. Treatments are approximately 25min. Depending on the age of those involved, the older the person the more time required, due to the programmed patterns, beliefs and traumas.
What are the benefits?
Reiki works to restore balance on all levels, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Letting you feel what your original state of be-ing feels like in your body. Reiki can help with, but not limited to:
- Sleep issues, nightmares and phobias
- Hormonal changes, mood swings, emotional outbursts
- Stress, anger, frustration, worries, fears
- Transitions and change
- Illness, injuries, growing pains
- Releasing blockage emotions or feelings in areas such as the throat to aid communication
- Boosts self-confidence
- Increase your intuition
What do I need?
- Family environment: Reiki is a quiet practice so a private room away from other family.
- Retreat: Yoga mats and room for the 5 people to meditate until it is their turn.
- Group workplace: Chair Reiki is appropriate here, they can stay at their desks.
- House Parties: Floor space for a yoga mat or chairs are fine.
